Over Christmas 2025, I wrote a hymn a day—small, steady prayers shaped in the quiet of the season and shared here on NeuroDivine. They were written in real time, in the middle of the sensory brightness and tenderness that Christmastide brings, and offered as companions for anyone moving through the days in their own way.
I’ve gathered those hymns into a new book, the first volume in a series called The Mindful Year.
This opening collection holds the songs of the Twelve Days: hymns of incarnation, gentleness, grounding, and the courage of simply being present to what is.
These weren’t crafted as polished pieces. They were daily breaths — honest, attentive, shaped by the textures of the season. My hope is that they continue to offer that same steadiness and spaciousness to anyone who needs it.
If Christmastide is a time you navigate slowly, or if you’re seeking words that make room for your own sensory and spiritual experience, this little book might be a companion for the journey.
Thank you for being part of this community of noticing, belonging, and grace.
